Azza Altiraifi (she/they) is a Black and disabled organizer, and proud member of the recently launched LibGen Staff Guild. Over the past several years, Azza has immersed herself in Disability Justice learning, organizing, and advocacy, and they are committed to envisioning new approaches to movement work that value rest, sustainability, and joy. Most recently, Azza’s organizing and learning has centered on the entanglement of ableism and racial capitalism, and how Disability Justice-informed labor organizing creates new possibilities for social transformation.
