Reema Rustom is a Palestinian American, born and raised in Chicago. She was an active student organizer with Students for Justice in Palestine at Depaul University for 4 years. In her last year of college, in 2019, she started getting involved in the larger Arab community through the National Network for Arab American Communities’ (NNAAC) fellowship for the Arab American Action Network (AAAN). She is currently a youth organizer with AAAN where she is politically educating and developing leadership skills of young Arab American youth in the Chicagoland area.
