Ronald Davis

Ron’s chosen vocation is community organizing. He has organizing experience working with the Highlander Research and Education Center; the Commission on Religion in Appalachia; The Southern Partners Fund, and the Center for Health Environment and Justice. Some of Ron’s local organizing includes helping form a college center activity board, a chapter of a national fraternity, a community foundation, and a local organization for police accountability. He operated an organizational development consulting practice for 25 years. He holds a Master of Arts in Psychology. His interest is on building more cooperative economic enterprises and structure to advance a deeper sense of community.
